ELEVATEMYRANK
Privacy Policy
Last updated: 21 August 2026
This pilot policy explains how ElevateMyRank handles account, website, Google Search Console and service-usage data.
Data we collect
Account identifiers supplied by the sign-in provider, client and website details you enter, website crawl results, Google Search Console data you explicitly authorize, and security or operational logs.
How we use data
We use the data to provide SEO analysis, prepare recommendations, secure the service, troubleshoot failures, control costs and improve the pilot.
Google data
Google access is read-only and limited to Search Console. We do not sell Google user data, use it for advertising, or allow the AI to publish changes. You can revoke access from ElevateMyRank or your Google Account.
Storage and protection
Data is encrypted in transit. OAuth credentials are encrypted at rest, tenant access is isolated, privileged actions are audited, and production secrets are kept outside source code.
Retention and deletion
Pilot data is retained only while needed for the service, security and agreed reporting. Contact us to request access, export, correction or deletion; legal and security records may be retained where required.
Contact
Privacy questions and pilot data requests may be sent to basem.a.a@hotmail.com.
